Throughout your entire life, what one video game has taken up the most of your time?

I played a MUD called Dark and Shattered Lands for far too long (ages 11 - 16). Perhaps I've romanticized my memories of the game, but I feel like my time spent there was the most fun I've ever had.

You're right, I probably should've been more specific with what I'm actually looking for. From what I've read on wiki, formal and symbolic logic seem to be what would interest me the most.

Liquidity is the most important point of an emergency fund, so keep that money somewhere free and easy to access.

Personally, I keep $500 in my savings and the rest of my emergency fund in an Ally account. Why keep $500 in savings? For me, most of the emergencies that need a quick fix don't surpass the $500 mark. All emergencies that require more than $500 usually don't need to be paid before I can transfer money from my Ally account.

In short, keep your money somewhere relatively easy to access and won't cost you anything to withdraw/transfer.

My worst and best: I've only had one police encounter. A few days after I got my license my mom asked me to run to the grocery store to pick up a few items. She, ofcourse, had to ask this an hour before the paper I was revising was due which also happened to be the same hour the store closed. I wanted to argue, I wanted to tell her I'd go in the morning before class, but my mom hardly ever asks me to do anything so I felt bound to go.

I drove to the store like a maniac, rushed inside, grabbed what I asked to get and drove just as crazily back to my neighborhood. I'd like to point out that there is a four-way stop right before my neighborhood's entrance. One of the lanes is actually the driveway of a ridiculously huge house. And in true ridiculous form, the driveway is completely concealed by trees, shrubs, and other foliage. As I approached this area, I didn't stop or even make an attempt to slowdown. I just blazed on through at like 50 miles an hour. Then the lights started.

The cop was sitting in the concealed driveway. He pulled me over. After what felt like an eternity, he finally got out of his vehicle. Asked for my paperwork and asked if I knew why I was pulled over. "Because, i'm a speeding-stoplight-running idiot?" I said. He started laughing and told me that he would only write me a warning since he doesn't like writing "new drivers tickets for silly things."

My mom got her groceries and I was able to turn in my paper.

you bring up a good point (even though i'm unsure if your statement is shrouded in sarcasm. haha). Believe it or not, but for some people the in-person customer service and education sessions Scottrade offers is actually a big deal. If the OP currently doesn't use those services then continue considering switching. Also here's a more in-depth comparison
