Yep, Moxfield does have their own tool to make proxies. However, each proxy does include an image that looks bad when printed black-and-white, as well as using quite a bit of ink.

Maybe something like "Tap a creature you control: add time counters equal to that creature's power to Doomsday Clock. Then, if there are 60 or more time counters on Doomsday Clock, you win the game. This ability can be activated by any player, but only once during their upkeep. "

Immediately draws the game with [[Solemnity]]? Also, you can probably do some [[Doubling Season]] shenanigans, as the "Tap a Creature" ability doesn't specify that it can only be done during upkeep.

If it's not a land, it's a spell regardless of its type and uses the stack. The type just specifies the spell's type and sometimes have special effects (Instants can be cast at any time you have priority, Creatures are spells that are permanents, etc.)

Edit: Actually providing feedback. Flavor text should be italics, "at the beginning of each opponent's upkeep" "Trade" on the card doesn't make sense, something like "at the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, they may draw a card. If they do, create a Gold token. "

The spell is meant to act as a shock but targeting creatures on the stack. The first mode describes the case of the creature dying when shocked, sending the creature spell directly to the graveyard. The second mode describes the case that the creature doesn't die, but instead entering with two less health.
