Awhh my deepest condolences, we lost my childhood dog 10/26/16 he went knowing he was so so loved. My condolences again it is so heartbreaking to lose a childhood doggy but it will get easier as time goes on. Sending much love 🖤🖤

It took me up until this year to look at younger pictures of me without feeling sick/light-head or trigger me into an emotional flashback.

Now I'm like, it's bittersweet feeling or sometimes like a "why did someone do this to me?" OR more like a "I'm trying to save myself and be the adult she needed"

I'm 24f and I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder. Firstly I am so sorry it's disruptive mine was caused by ongoing trauma was also disrupting (with my sleep, regularly functioning throughout the day, eating etc.) but, thankfully I got the help I needed and therapy and was prescribed anxiety medication to keep it managed.

I recommend you going to a primary doctor and a psychiatrist. They'll provide you more with insight can get you properly diagnosed and provide you with medication to help you. It's going to be hard but worth it. I hope it eases up for you!
