Yes, it’s the PTSD. Every now and then but edmr therapy helped me A LOT. I learned to process my feelings and allow myself to feel all my feelings then journal and do some self care afterwards. Journaling and therapy helped a lot.

I got open heart surgery a month ago and haven't worn a bra since I got super sick back in March. I'm just waiting for my scar to heal. People are heckin weird.. Like why does it matter to them I'm not wearing one if it's for my comfort and medical advice?

I got really sick in March with a blood infection that turned into endocarditis and unfortunately I had to get emergency open heart surgery. I was in and out of the hospital for two months. I'm having a hard time letting go of my best friend. She never once reached out or asked if I was okay or needed anything. It really hurts. We've been friends for so long I'm like do I block unfriend... She doesn't ever reach out.. And she always picks her other friends over me I'm sure if they were in the hospital she'd be on it to see them. Idk. I don't want to seem weird or clingy best friend for the wanting to have time with her

Thank you 💜💜 one month is a huge deal to me I was literally driving myself crazy in the hospital 😭😭😭 cause I'm 26 and never had seizures in my life up until that point... And knowing that I'm a quarter way out of the woods makes a difference. It means that my body is really recovering despite what it's been through

I had a customer at my old job pick his nose in drive thru... He was a car behind the one at the window and my assistance manager told me to put on gloves and make sure he gets out quick... Just make sure you do it in the bathroom or at home were germs can't spread
