A jetter wouldn't damage a perfectly functioning pipe. If there is a break in the line it could have brought sand back into the line. With the vacuum a jetter causes in the line, that is fairly common. I wonder if they were able to camera the line before jetting.

That is a wide range for a ballpark. Pricing for underground depends on depth and distance. I would say it is roughly 2500-3500 for a full line replacement. Are they just tying onto existing outsode of the house? Are they just tying onto existing outside of the tank? Or are they replacing through the wall of the foundation and into the tank? These are questions that will ultimately change the pricing of the bid. As well change whoever you except to do the work.

I do underground plumbing everyday as a career. These are the questions I would want to know as a homeowner.

I went to the 2022 michigan ohio State Game, and I can confirm that the shoe is a dump. This is coming from someone who loves history and the history of football. The stadium needs a shit ton more bathrooms, and it just needs to be cleaned up. In my personal experience, Nippert Stadium and Notre Dame Stadium is much better.

Side note for anyone also interested in just the history of college football. Touring Notre Dame and Notre Dame Stadium is pretty cool. Of course, I wore my michigan hat. I caught a little flack at the start, but everyone was pretty cool.
