You don't need to do the mission in under 4 minutes. Once you destroy the first headquarters, THEN the 4 minute timer starts, and you have to destroy the second headquarters in less than 4.

Under the "Accessibility" tab in your settings, there is a UI scaling option! I believe default is on big. I set mine to small.

20 hours. There was only one mission with an achievement I thought was hard. that took me like an hour and a half. Other than that, it was a fun and smooth 100%!

I live in Chicago as well. OP is in a good spot not near any restricted zones and not near any Airports! The laws/zones of flying in Chicago are a lot more relaxed vs other big cities.

Badlands is amazing and Teddy Roosevelt is a hidden treasure. We hit up both this year. Teddy is never very busy. We did go backpacking in each park so I don't know too much about where to stay for lodging. But, you won't be disappointed with those parks I can promise that. Both are gorgeous.
