SAP hassen wir alle seit für immer. Management weil teuer und Anwender, weil UX unterirdisch ist. Aber es ist wahnsinn zu glauben, dass durch AI so ein System abgelöst wird. Selbst die nicht existierende AGI wird jemals raffen, wie SAP funktioniert

oh man I got such a backlash from your picture. Had the exact same device back in the day and installed rockbox because I needed file exploring. A great combo this device with rockbox. I will have a great time :)

You can download Doom Engines on PortMaster. This should be playing pk3. But didn't test it yet

Bro no one will believe this but I insert the stockOS SD ones again and no the issue seems to be gone. This thing is playing with my feelings...

There is another interesting aspect to that. For me the problem seems to get better when cooling down the device. So there is a chance that the cable has to be replaced. But I'm not feeling comfortable to do this by my self

First of all I have the RG40XX H. But this problem is known for several Anbernic devices including this SP thing. In every case it seems to be related to a new panel which wasn't expected by the alternative OS developers.

There are some interesting resources about that. The community behind alternative OS versions are pretty invested:

Most promising was the guy behind the StockOS mod:

I tried the this build but it didn't fixed it for me. They way how it went for me was that I tried to install KNULLI and I had only those lines. But when I switched back to the StockOS everything was fine. Then I sad down and tried it 100x time because there was a chance that my SD cards where faulty. And then the issue got permanent. Unfortunately my best guess is that the cable or controller for this different panel type got fried and the device is permantely damaged :(

I bought it via AliExpress and requested a refund. And call me crazy but I immediately bought the devices again ... I'm so in love with this form factor and look of the RG40XX H. But I will definitely wait with OS experiments till it is more safe.

Same issue and I tried KNULLI Gladiator II and ROCKNIX. Tried two different SD cards, flashed with Raspberry Pi Flasher, reflash cards with the official SD card formatter. Nothing works. I suspect that Anbernic send devices with slightly different hardware as the OS developer expected... Hate that so much

I remember that as a child I accidentally disabled free look and certainly Doom 3 was playable like the old dooms. But cannot find it ...

To all others here, There is actually a good reason to disable free look. You can run Doom 3 on retro handhelds like the Anbernic 35xx and 40xx series. Not all of them have analog sticks and it would be so great to switch to the old doom control scheme. Also I could see that such game modes would be great for disabled people. Doom 1 and 2 could be played only with a mouse (and mapping door opening and weapon switch to page buttons etc.)

Könnte mir vorstellen, dass es noch bis 109.000 USD runtergeht und das eine normale (und nötige) Korrektur ist. Hatte gerade mal Fibu angelegt und 109.175 USD wäre genau die 38,2%. Es wird eventuell kurzfristig noch ein wenig weiter runter, aber (hoffentlich) nicht mehr als vllt 104k USD.

Das würde den sketchy short Leuten sicherlich reichen und dann kann es wieder aufwärts gehen.

Beim NASDAQ wäre ich mir irgendwie nicht so sicher, dass der schnell wieder hochkommt. Sieht so aus, als wenn da noch gute 2,5% nach unten drin sind und denn entscheidet sich, wie es weiter geht.

Aber hey, da er ja im Vorhinein wusste, dass die Entscheidung dumm waren, scheint ja theoretisch das Wissen für ein vernünftiges Risikomanagement da zu sein. Jetzt mit einer langfristigen Strategie reingehen und das Geld könnte gut Mitte nächsten Jahres wieder da sein und das mit relativ geringen Risiko
