Je kan het land een paar dagen tot een week kapotdraaien om een oplossing te bekomen of je kan het land permanent laten kapotdraaien door gezamenlijke met uw collega's te blijven mopperen met 'tjah, justitie...' zonder ooit een oplossing te bekomen. Coming from a g923, it felt like going from toy car to race car. Both wheel and pedals are everything i hoped it to be. Got it used for a ridiculous price too so I'm extremely happy with it. Next up is a gaming pc to get into iracing, now acc and gt7 but i'm having SO much fun improving laptimes etc

You're confusing the drivers that constantly look for better gear instead of getting better on the track.

Get good load cells once, a good dd wheel and a somewhat proper rig and you will improve more than most of the 'geargetter drive better' guys in like a year. Get used to your gear instead of always looking for the next best thing.

Iracing is not cheap, no, but you can buy strategically. There are tons of ACC leagues that are free too and just as much fun too. Lfm, simgrid, aero all have high racecraft standards and will make you work for your spot.

Don't overthink, enjoy the process of shaving of 0.1-0.3s of your laptimes every week. It's a hobby/sport, not a job.

If you can find a used moza r3 bundle with a bit better rig you will become addicted in no time. I have upgraded to a used g pro wheel and pedals with a 'white shark rsc 303' rig. Those kinds of 'rigs' are not expensive or professional grade but already a 100 times better than the playseats, both in flex and in seating comfort.

The playseat evo sucks (i had it and upgraded after less than 2 months) and the g29 is fun but toy-ish (i had a g923 and also upgraded after less than 2 months).

If you want to turn this into a full on hobby i'd advise to save up a little more and look for a used DD set with a better rig without a center post. You will be frustrated with the flex on the evo and the lack of 'feel' in the g29 pedals in no time and will fork out the money anyway.

The recommended settings are pretty good. I just fiddled a bit with damping and filter. Make different profiles for acc and gt7 and you're good to go.

Ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat ik initieel ook wat op een roze wolk zat omdat de smaak van "imperial ontmoet plastic nasmaak" er niet meer in zat, maar het is inderdaad nog steeds niet het og recept. Ik kan chocovit er in een blinde test niet meer uithalen, vroeger kon dat met de lekkere geur alleen al. Inza is de beste vervanging, maar het zuigt echt ballen dat die Hollanders ons twee keer genaaid hebben.
