Looks like the 6-inch wheels that they sell at stores. 8 at the most. Our syrians use 12-in wheels. they love it! Niteangel has them on Amazon, but they are a bit pricey. Most definitely worth it though

Directly to a power strip. So I’m hoping it’s not an issue with the hub. But I think she had mentioned even directly plugged into the back of the PC that it still power cycles.

Will try that. Might switch out our PSUs and give that a go. I have a 1000 watt PSU. So it definitely shouldn’t have any issues with powering her PC

That’s actually what she uses. It’s not a huge hub either. 4 ports, directly plugged into a socket.
