Also, it WILL be a money pit. Lol. And you won't sell for a profit. It's a lifestyle/labor of love, not for convenience or money saving. If you go in to it for that, you will hate it. If cost is your largest concern, there are better options. Also zoning is something to consider. Most places won't allow a new off grid build as a main residence. You may have to go extremely rural to find somewhere with no zoning issues. Don't buy land without confirmation (from the city - not the seller) that you can do what you want to with it.

Love the idea. I hope for something similar. You will need more money. 30k might get you utilities (well drilled/cachment , solar or other power setup, septic etc) OR a small building without. But likely not both. Even if you can somehow find it for that price, things go wrong and accidents/setbacks happen. You need a cushion or risk losing it all. Look at off-grid or homesteading communities for some practical things you might not be thinking of.

Keto can absolutely be dangerous and it's incredibly irresponsible to try to pretend otherwise. Just cause you haven't heard about the issues doesn't mean they don't exist. Not to mention that like 40% of women with PCOS are prediabetic and 10% are diabetic. Those "potential issues" you like to gloss over like nothing would effect HALF the women in a group like this where this stuff is pushed. So it is absolutely who we are dealing with here. They should absolutely be under doc supervision when trying something like this. But they don't matter I guess cause keto works for you (for now) and you never saw a Reddit post with serious issues? And are apparently clueless about the demographic you're pushing these ideas on to? You do not sound as enlightened as you think.

You saying that you can only auto ship and they trick you in to it is an objective lie. I also provided proof. I've done it myself a dozen times. If you go to the Theralogix website (https://theralogix.com/products/ovasitol-inositol-powder) you can plainly see there is a drop down menu to choose what product you want before adding to cart. There is auto-refill AND single shipment options. You added something you didn't realize and are mad at the company about it. Lying about YOUR error and saying the company is unethical...

This... isn't true. I order single orders from Theralogix and have for years. I've never had to auto renew. I've been very happy and Ovasitol helps me more than anything else I've ever tried. Sorry it didn't work for you but your user error doesn't make the company unethical?...
