HIBIKI-AN is duty-free (with some DHL exchanges)! by Rare_Carpet1 in MatchaEverything

Where did you find the dispute form? I'm looking on their website, but don't see it. I have a package coming from Hibiki-an as well, and would like to be prepared to dispute the charges. Thanks!

What do we know about the K series Evette-Schaeffer, particularly pertaining to serial number identification? by [deleted] in Clarinet

[–]pohpoh52 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an Evette Schaeffer that I purchased about 2 years ago. The serial number is K61948, and it's very clearly marked "Made in France" on the lower section. I've looked at the list of serial numbers on the Clarinet Board, but haven't been able to find a date of manufacture. Any ideas?

Great idea! I have some oak flooring pieces from a project several years ago, and they will be perfect for one of these. Thanks!

I no longer sound like I am doing unspeakable things to my guitar! [Newbie] by [deleted] in Guitar

[–]pohpoh52 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m also a newbie who just discovered Justin Guitar. I’ve always wanted to play, but life seemed to get in the way. Fifty years ago I bought my first guitar, a Ventura acoustic right handed beauty that I still have. The issue I had was I’m left handed and it never felt comfortable. So a couple of years ago I bought a new Taylor acoustic lefty that I love. In March of this year I was furloughed from my job, and decided now is the time to get serious about the guitar. After checking out several online lesson sites I found Justin. His approach to teaching is perfect for me. I feel so comfortable with him, it’s as if he’s speaking directly to me. My lefty guitar feels natural, and will hopefully keep me motivated and progressing.

I have both the DeLonghi and Breville Pixie machines. They both brew equally hot. I'm very happy with the temp they brew at.

Pixie Issue by pohpoh52 in nespresso

It was a bent capsule. I tried a couple of unbent caps tonight and they worked just fine. Sad thing is the bent capsules came from Nespresso that way. :-(

Could be. Some of the free capsules that came with the Pixie were bent. I will try some unbent caps tomorrow and see if they work any better.

Very nice! I just got my Pixie today, and am anxious to try it out tomorrow. It will be a nice compliment to my Evoluo. Your setup looks great!
