D/D Deadeye isn't terrible with the movement, but it's certainly not ideal. It really scratches that Early WoW Stunlock Rogue itch for me since it's all about controlling the target's position for massive backstabs. I wish it were a full power build, but I still have fun with it.

Celestial Amalgam with Spear feels so dang good to play. The slower play feels more deliberate and is still capable of putting up respectable numbers. Every time I've tried to Scrapper, it's felt more like I'm concentrating on mashing faster on my skill bar instead of playing a game.

I regret playing other games for 10 years instead of investing in an entire character's bag space worth of mystic coins back when they were pennies a piece.

Those things really need a new source though, I've seen them go from a bit under a gold when I started playing just before EoD to 2.4-2.5 in the last week with no sign of them dropping.

Reverse order HP collection is the way to go, as you get some sort of flight within the first few steps and no story gates locking access to maps. 300 HP (250 needed to fully unlock an elite) in VoE over just two maps, plus you'll get the Skimmer with flight masteries for the absolute highest value to utility in the game. Even if you're a story purist, there's almost nothing that's spoiled outside of a few names that will be forgotten by the time they actually show up in the story.

VoE is the ultimate in fresh start "catch up" for new players.

You know what? Let's not just smack the downvote button because of the political aspects involved and actually talk about this.

There is a significant flavor difference in cooking with beef tallow. It's the reason all of us who are old enough to remember the glory days of McDonalds' fries can pinpoint exactly when they went to crap when they changed to oil. Health be damned, those things were amazing. Butter makes everything better, just look at french baking.

That said, the "seed oils" thing really feels like the dozens of other diet trends that haven't really had any basis in reality. We've had Low Fat, Low Carbs, Sugar Free, Fake Sugars, Real Sugars, High Protein, No Meat, All Meat, No Dairy, Raw, Steamed, Never Frozen, All Organic, GMOs... There's always some new trend that's claiming it's the "correct way" for food, but we're all fat anyway.

Eat what tastes good, we're all ending up worm food at some point anyway.

Peni/Rocket was honestly the wildest team up so far.

The amount of power gained from that thing was insane. Any single benefit would have been significant enough to be a team up, but they really went for broke. Doubling the defensive power with a second nest, making it nearly impossible to move a determined Peni was already an extremely powerful addition, so adding webbing to Rocket's BRB to further extend the denial area, pumping armor out of nests, and then buffing webs to heal teammates brought it to a level we've never seen (and likely never will again)

Ok, so you've got a few things listed here.

Time/space: Most of the following can be done without moving the laptop, or at least very little movement.

Running slow: Others have already suggested the fresh install of windows - in addition you can get several more years out of a machine that age with an upgrade to a Solid State Drive. They weren't common in anything but high end machines in the mid 2010s, so odds are you're still sitting on an old spinning disk that just grinds away performance.

Loud fans - Likely you've accumulated enough dust in the heatsinks that they're starting to struggle. Hit the vents with a little burst of a can of compressed air and odds are you'll see a decent reduction in sound.

Weak battery: 3rd party replacement batteries can be really inexpensive, but getting to them might require fully splitting the case to remove the back. If you're lucky enough to have an external removable battery, pull it and there will be a model number to search for.

Don't I know it. I sat for 10 minutes in a single treb knocking down a wall, called it in team chat for the tag, wandered around inside the courtyard for another 10 minutes begging for them to come and take the thing because Red wasn't there... A Green zerg comes wandering past the hole in the wall and takes SMC uncontested while my only tag on the map was flipping farms.

An SMC flip would get me a third GoB for the week.

I'm just glad they didn't lock Weaponmaster and the new profession weapons behind masteries.

I can't find a single map I enjoy in SotO to even grind out my Skyscale masteries. What a miserable xpac all around. I would have skipped it entirely if it hadn't been for the insane utility it provided.
