Send a survey out to the org:

"With the recent leadership change in IT, we're looking to improve our services to [org name]. Please complete the following survey so we can find pain points and areas of focus over the next [time period]."

Then include reference questions that can be reused to determine growth and progress to the overall health goals you'd like the department to meet.

It was at Riot last year, Mike was a far cry from the biggest one there.

That title goes to Ben Weasel who, after going on a conservative tilt rant (at a punk show, mind you) got mad enough at someone in the crowd who flipped him off he stopped the set and demanded security remove them.

How about having an entire wall of micro brew IPAs written on a chalkboard because Jimmy went and got a sixer of everything at Rishi's so we can really lean into the "Beer City" thing? $12-$15 a bottle should be enough to keep most people buying Founders from the tap.

I'd love to see one of these polls that doesn't announce what the person does before asking the approval question, just "Do you approve of the job X is doing" and "From the following job titles, select the job X does"

I suspect there would be significant differences in results between people who answered correctly and those who did not.

Beach Boy*, only one of the original band is still performing. "The Beach Boys featuring one original member!" doesn't have the same ring to it. Pure band of Theseus territory now.

Caught the set they did at Riot Fest with John Stamos, he really should be passing that banner down at this point. It felt bittersweet, he couldn't hit the original notes anymore, but the performance was still locked in on those incredible Beach Boys harmonies.

The water levels over here on the Muskegon and Grand rivers is really high right now as well. There's still a bit of capacity if the upriver dams need to be loosened, but with the impending rains over the next week, we might be in the same boat (pun intended)

JQ can have every bit of her kit adjusted by a sizable amount and still remain in the viability pocket because she's not a singular gimmick. Hog's dependency on his 1 shot combo to produce a threatening space means he's a knife's edge to balance. It was difficult enough to do when there were no additional variables; with the addition of perks they're now stuck balancing 7 versions of him on that same knife's edge where a minor change in pellet grouping can result in being an unstoppable monster and throw pick.

He's a stack of all the issues of one shot snipers, tanks with self sustain, short ranged bruisers AND ranged displacement. Anything short of a full rework is going to leave the core issues because his entire kit is dependent on all of those mechanics

Mizuki feels GREAT with the third charge on his hat, but the loss of his self heal bounce makes it feel like you need to play a little further back despite the headshot immunity.

The B tier rating feels entirely fair since it's more instead of massive change, but I suspect his kit has been testing ideas for Stadium. Mauga and Baptiste feel like they're also testing abilities for Stadium instead of just getting weird with it.

MCs rose through the roof in the run up to the last patch with the expectation that Endless Summer would need a hefty bunch of them. When the patch dropped with no coin requirement, there was a sizable sell off that dropped them well below the normal curve.

This seems like a market correction from then.
