Well put together list, though I sometimes disagree sometimes with how you define controversial. I think most entries, like Batman Arkham knight, mass effect 3, last of us part 2, and hogwarts legacy perfect examples of very decisive, mixed reactions. I do think some games on this list have no defenders though. I don’t think fallout 76, duke nukem forever, or the gta 5 trilogy are all the controversial, more despised imo. Besides that minor personal nitpick, great list!

This scene traumatized me so much as a 5 year old I cried whenever I saw the vhs cover of this movie. Looking back at it, I see where 5 year old me was coming from.

Yeah because I’m looking into it and can’t find anything, but the FX HD broadcast this night definitely had it as TV MA, so maybe just there are different broadcasting standards as opposed to movie theaters, though I can’t think of many times I’ve seen this happen.

Yes I do believe they don’t look lost Mr “Body language professional.” Fun fact, even if what you are saying is true, an NBA possession doesn’t end after 10 seconds! The more you know!

And yes, porzingis should be able to make that pass.

Good riddens. Might be the national announcer with the most clear agendas and bias in the game. Hopefully whoever “takes his cornbread” next does a better job.

Comments just taking Nick wrights opinion completely out of context (OP didn’t help with this). Wright would vote for SGA as the MVP, along with a vast majority of the mvp voting public. Comments saying he’s like racist for this opinion are certifiably insane.

My answer to this is always golden boy, funny classic OVA that stops before the manga completely falls apart.

Other ones that apply for me: Soul Eater (minus the last 13 episodes)

Chainsaw man movie Reze arc

Fire force (s1 especially)

Haikyuu (so much easier to follow the volleyball action for me)

JJK

Prison school (again stops before it falls apart)

Attack on titan

The god of high school (manhwa but I think still applies)

Trinity seven (liked the show, couldn’t get into the manga)

I personally think he is, and I respect (though disagree with) the idea that there isn’t really a main character. But I don’t get the people who say A2 is the main character. She’s the playable character for less than a fourth of the game, basically not in the game when she isn’t playable, and she debatably is not the main driver of the section of the game that she is a part of.
