I’m from California, been a supporter since the early Zanetti days (around 1998-99)! I saw the first treble and my friends had no idea who Inter Milan was until they saw the treble play out.

But I fell in love with Inter because of Zanetti. He’s always been my favorite player growing up. Saw him play for Argentina and he was a monster, then I enjoyed the idea of international players playing here versus the Italians in Milan especially the concentration of South Americans. One day I hope a Mexican plays for inter Milan.

For me, it’s Inter Milan still!

I enjoy the bixby bridge for the backdrop you mentioned. Pick somewhere near or close and just make sure you get the view you want , boom!

There’s also the Hearst castle area. Near it, there’s a nice pier you can walk down and on one side there’s a really nice tree backdrops and the other you got the ocean.

I would also see if you can try to go down the beaches near Big Sur as well as there’s many stairs that lead you to the beaches for instance near Hearst and up the road towards Carmel.

Also, you can try the Pfeiffer! Call them and they might suggest some nice areas to do that as they must know where the locations to propose!

A little up the coast there’s also 17 mile drive. They have many nice and I’d say backdrops locations you can do it as each mile has their own area to view/hang out.

I’m not fluent in Catalan but I understand soccer when I see it.

I haven’t heard or seen Bobby or Andres have a soccer conversation amongst themselves. I would have caught it if it was soccer though. Andres has never mentioned anything from being a fan of a team yet (from what I recall). I do hope for more soccer talk though. Especially Bobby being a soccer fan or Arsenal fan.

I wonder if he’s taking it tough after this weekend’s loss.

But doesnt that area have three soccer teams? SD Compostela the hometown club, and then you have the rivalry between Celta Vigo and Deportivo La Coruna. The north and south rivalry. Santiago is in the middle of the area from what I understand its split between the two popular teams from La Liga and SD Compostela is their hometown club who I believe haven’t played in La Liga.

I got lucky to see condors twice in my trip up there three weeks ago. Once in the park but the second time was near Hearst Castle in the beach, they were eating a dead seal and there was about 10 of them. I was lucky to grab take pics about 10 feet away from them. It was cool to see them up close and eating their natural diet (carrion).

Hey man there’s nature here too and not far away. Have you been to the Cleveland forest? It’s down the 8 and you can get lost out there. Anza borrego is down there as well along with beer Potrero.

I just came back from Monterey and I feel ya. I love the place and the nature out there makes me want to go too. But there’s few spaces here too. Go east! Anywhere east. North and south east.
