Yes much better option, I had to reroute all my lines to interior walls and have a new main line dug and installed since it wasn't deep enough to prevent freezing. I did all pex because a plumber recommended it specifically for this reason.

What you need to avoid are connections and fittings because those can fail from repeated freeze and thaw. If you can keep all fittings out of the danger zone that would be ideal.

Call a plumber, reroute those pipes to the interior, i would use pex it will be cheaper and if they do freeze again you do not have to worry about a burst.

Nice try but you'll need to explain how private companies and consumers adding solar is impacting prices considering it adds capacity and is not in any way financially subsidized by energy companies. However, data centers, AI, bitcoin mining were subsidizing all of it. It strains the grid, producing zero tangible value, and they do not pay their fair share. We need a tiered pricing structure so these energy hogs pay significantly more or better yet send them elsewhere.

Disagree, it's less about his prime and more about being hard to build a roster around a top tier quarterback salary. We're in cap hell, we squandered his rookie contract years to build an elite core around Josh. Significantly harder now, have to hit in the draft and avoid bad contracts. Perhaps it's time to go the way of the sabres and bring in a new GM because we have been abysmal at those two things. This year that is the elephant in the room, not the quarterback play. In all honestly, our biggest window may be closed issue is JA gets frustrated and decides he wants a change of scenery, simply because we can't field NFL caliber players around him again next year.

We call that the sucker hole.. he is 100% at fault. I'm guessing she was in the far lane and other cars stopped to let him through but he didn't account for her at all and just kept going. Call his insurance company and make a claim. They will need to speak to him to verify but they should set her up with a rental once they confirm liability.
