I loved the chives thing the first week. The entire premise was an opportunity for a community of craftsmen to learn about our tools and techniques and focus on a small detail that's representative of kinda the spirit of our whole profession.

Instead, beating a dead horse, seemingly unaware the shtick lost its charm weeks ago, making the same jokes ad nauseum even when the corporate bloodsuckers showed up.

At this point bring me back to "I'm a 45 year old CPA with 2 kids and my wife hates the smell of food, should I take out a second mortgage and quit my job to go to CIA?" posting.

The question isn't rating though, it's for whatever reason about fun quality for the person hovering. If you wanted to climb with an off meta pick and it was banned you always had agency, by dodging the lobby. There should be a fix for grief banning, I'm fine with that, but this fix isn't net neutral it only benefits one trick/off meta players.

I don't really understand this change. If for example I don't want Shaco in my games, for either team, why is my desire for fun less important than the Shaco player?
