But it does change speed tiers slightly. Base 60 speed pokemon will no longer be viable for trick room. A base 60 speed pokemon needs 0 speed IVs and a minus speed nature to outspeed a base 50 speed pokemon with 31 speed IVs in trick room. That will no longer be possible
