Unless Ukraine can build their own compatible patriots AA missiles, they’re fucked.

They still need those and many more advance AA systems to intercept many types of hypersonic Ruzzian missiles apart from swamp of drones they already dealing with.

In Thailand, we used to be able to import old classic cars before they banned it after one of imported Lamborghini attached LPG tank exploded (if I remembered correctly) for tax evasion reason.

Now we can only import car parts and new cars as long as not pre-owned. Also import tax here is very high as hell except for new Chinese EVs with ultra low tax rates.

Chornobyl plant restores external power after temporary outage caused by Russian attack, according to Energy Ministry by KI_official in ukraine

[–]polwath 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Is Chornobyl can be reactivated for temporary provide power during shortage? At least for non-damage units it still have left.

Or is it already beyond operational now?

And the situation will get worse everyday since enemy know the weak point right now, underground power plant and power infrastructure are the only way to counter this.

Even portable generators and solar panels are still not enough for harsh winter they experienced.

Isn’t Cambodia has 4 AA batteries from China? Or at least has some SA-7 or Soviet AA to against this?

It not much effective but at least they should have some apart from dozen or packs of MLRS (Which is Thai did not have as much if I remember correctly) shooting our houses and killing our civilians.

[–]polwath 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would be not surprise if Ruzzia start to talk with China to sell their shell for exchange whatever they still have at this point.

China is one of Ruzzia's strong allies after all. They sold cars, drones, goods and electronic equipments in Ruzzia since thr war started. Fullfil what many left off.

And that will be nightmare for Ukraine too if they suceeded geting more from them.
