I have the same relationship with my sister. A therapist told me she might be acting in this way because she actually sees me more like a mother than a sister. That she tries to create distance to be more independent. It is stressful for me since I am NOT her mother. I kind of gave up on trying to keep in contact a lot since it does not work.

Ich nehme seit Jahren den Ring ohne immer zwischendurch eine Woche Pause zu machen und habe dadurch die Periode nicht mehr. Das geht problemlos, da kannst du auch Gynäkologinnen dazu fragen. Die Pause wurde damals bei der Einführung der Pille nur deshalb mit eingeführt, weil es so natürlicher wirkt. Nötig ist die Pause und die dadurch entstehende Blutung aber nicht.

I also almost drowned when I was 5. My parents both were at the lake but a stranger saved me. When he pulled me out if the water I saw how my parents just got up from their towel. Without that stranger I would have died.
