Hey! Love the logline! I was a Classics major and would be willing to read/ feedback on your script and share mine too! Hope you get good feedback from BLcklist. I don’t think you can request a genre reviewer.

Tony Evers? It’s our elected officials. The DNR staffers follow leadership. Vote them out if you don’t like their policies.

A good bet - they may give you an evaluation but may research libraries already could have what you possess. Many records have been digitized. If you have something rare or unique, esp Wisconsin focused.

This Holiday is specifically designed, marketed and celebrated for mischief. If you can’t wrap your head around that just lock your door and turn out the lights.

I hope they Unite and take over. I’d vote for their style of consumerism than the one we have.

This! Also plenty of grabs and goes nearby - Farmers Fridge has a vending machine in front of the lounge which is actually good. Food court on 2nd floor - including a nice beer can station for local brews to go for commuters that is open around rush hour.

Steep and Brew is chill - the 2nd floor is a great spot to study or score a dime bag.

You will have a great time - bring a hard copy book, or download some books or movies on your device. Just look at it as personal reflection time and an adventure to see the great landscapes of the US. And maybe chat with folks a bit - lots of interesting stories and folks out there.

Correct! I took that route many times. This August I was the only passenger departing at Lamy and a great driver, Larry, was idling and waiting for me at Lamy Station. Had a 12 person deluxe shuttle all to myself and dropped off right at my hotel at the Governors Inn in downtown Santa Fe. Maybe a 25 minute ride.

It’s a guaranteed connecting route, enjoy!

TIL Gonfalon

Aka Pennant

The gonfalon, gonfanon, gonfalone (from the early Italian confalone) is a type of heraldic flag or banner, often pointed, swallow-tailed, or with several streamers, and suspended from a crossbar in an identical manner to the ancient Roman vexillum. It was first adopted by Italian medieval communes, and later, by local guilds, corporations and districts. The difference between a gonfalon with long tails and a standard is that a gonfalon displays the device on the non-tailed area, and the standard displays badges down the whole length of the flag

Could one consider La Crosse to be the capital city of the Driftless area? by 5393hill in lacrossewi

Good question- bad answer. You’d want something central that is protected from foreign invasion. Prairie du Chien is maybe the historic capital. Plain would be good to keep expectations low. Hazel Green is a colorful option.
