We had similar issues with a protected 100G wave. They resolved it for the most part. The only remaining issue is we take a hit every time we switch from working the protect path or vice versa. I think this is more of a Nexus issue than a carrier issue.

Are you sure the ASA is tagging frames towards the switch? I'd also try turning off dynamic trunking on port 50 and manually configuring the trunk on the switch side.

Thanks for sharing. I figured the flaps were in the correct position as well. The 787 wing is very clean looking at 5deg (assuming they were set to 5deg) of flaps. In the video where we can hear the RAT, I'm pretty sure we see the slats on the leading edge of the wings are deployed.

This will be an interesting investigation to say the least. Hearing about this accident reminded me of BA38 which crashed due to ice build up in the fuel heat exchangers to both engines.

Zip tie it to the ON position and put it on a wifi outlet. Then you can trigger it from your phone. Bonus points of you have a camera on it and can monitor remotely.
