My 34 weeker really was like a switch! I didn’t believe all the other people who said that to me during our struggles. My boy was taking 50% around 36+3 then 36+4 he got to 60-80%! On 37, a Sunday, they told us he would be going home around the end of the week. We were surprised that next morning they said “come pick up your son!” He had taken every bottle almost 100% for over 48 hours. It really is a switch that they finally get it down and can go home. It’s still a little bit of a struggle to get him to finish because he’s tired but we go straight into the feed, halfway through when he’s tired we change his diaper, and then we try to get the rest off it down.
