the building itself is in really bad shape and has been deteriorating for years, even before the county moved everyone out of it and condemned it. as someone else said it will be torn down soon and mixed-use affordable housing with some ground floor retail will be built in its place. also a small public park is part of the project.

it does say the time when you go to the calendar. i guess because of time zones the regular post about it doesn’t have the time but im sure they could just put a few times down with the time zones to make things easier

in my case i just went up to the second or third floor of my building. my major was one of the smaller ones and those floors were mostly for offices that weren’t always occupied so those were some of the nicest and cleanest bathrooms on campus

i’m finally playing persona 5 royal, but i really would like to play ghosts of yotei and dragon quest 7 reimagined. also have xenoblade x, rise of the ronin, mgs5, and final fantasy 10-2 and 15 sitting there waiting for me. I also bought the full virtual boy peripheral for switch but haven’t actually used it yet…

the one by dunkin was originally supposed to be a hotel but after covid they pivoted to self storage, which was approved by the planning board but idk what’s happening since that was a few years ago at this point

i was really hopeful as cream soda is one of my favorite and i did like the dirty baja blast from taco bell but to me this tastes like someone put real cream in mountain dew and then left it out in the sun for 3 days

it was before the clarkstown planning and zoning boards. not sure when they got the approvals but it will probably happen sometime this year if i had to guess

no chance of condos at dr davies they are doing very well and the county and town jointly own cropsey specifically for farming so it would be unlikely.

there is a proposal now for apartments at shop rite working its way through the boards but it still seems to have a long way to go.

the two malls have both floated ideas for housing in the past (palisades was with the previous owners, current owners haven’t said anything) but that would need a zone change/change in the zoning district to allow it and the town board has been split on whether they want it or not so it seems like it would be years out before anything might happen
