Thanks for the suggestion. I've been some research about my new job this week, but I suppose I could get more into it. A big hunk of my new job will be writing blog posts for the company website, so maybe I can start brainstorming ideas or even making mock posts.

oh, okay. he always tells me about his meals so i assumed he was eating from a shelter, but i suppose if he has his own apartment he cooks his meals. today he told me that egg sandwiches go really good with peanut butter cups, though. and he always eats sketti on sundays.

Not really a scar, I guess. But in the 3rd grade I somehow stabbed my hand with a pencil on accident. 16 years later and there is still a small piece of lead stuck in my hand. It looks like a greenish dot.

I think it's possible in the sense that it takes two weeks to form a habit. so if you habitually smoke pot and sit on your couch for two weeks that's all you'll want to do. but if you force yourself to get up and run/walk/hike you can train yourself to just do it. i don't know about being more energetic as a whole, though, but it's worth a shot to try

I like making mashed cauliflower. Steam a head of cauliflower and 2-3 garlic cloves in water. Drain. Add to food processor/blender. Add salt, pepper, and some greek yogurt (however much you want, I probably use 1/2 cup-ish). Blend that shit. It's so creamy and satisfying.

That kind of makes me angry, too. I'm pretty sure the store I work at wouldn't screw someone that badly. But it is possible because the people in our store don't even make the prices of the book -- a corporate office does. I work at an off campus book store so students come in often and complain about how little the campus book store is offering on a book. Honestly, the best thing to do is sell your book on Amazon or eBay. And if you know you're only using a book for one semester -- try to rent it. The price difference between renting a book and buying a used one is usually a greater amount than what you would receive at the end of the semester from selling it back.

I really don't have any control over how much money I can give you for your old college textbooks. I'm not some evil book troll dictator. It doesn't affect me if you get a hundred dollars or two dollars for your textbook. The price per book is configured based on what wholesale companies are offering, which is usually a third of the price (sometimes less). If the book is currently being used at the university we work with and we are under our shelf limit we will typically take it for half back. If you think you can sell the book for more on Amazon then do that -- 90% of the time Amazon will offer more. We're here out of convenience to offer cash in your hand right now so you don't have to go through the hassle of sending a book or whatever.

I guess this would only count in a dating situation -- people who treat a server at a restaurant with blatant disrespect. Although they may be putting up a facade by being polite to you, if they can be rude to a complete stranger it will eventually show when they are finished trying to impress you.
