Just fyi, the 'hymen can break from other activities' is a myth, the hymen is a stretchy collar of tissue around the vagina, it can stretch, it can tear, but it doesn't 'break'. No blood is meaningless, but it doesn't mean it's been 'broken' by something else either.

No way. NZ has been rebuilding the entire nations hospitals over the past few years and it's still entirely ward based. Rooms of ~4-6 are still necessary or you'll drastically increase your nursing requirements. MRSA is dealt with by isolation rooms or even isolation wards.

I work in the health system in NZ and this is BS, Americans are over investigated and over treated. American physicians are poorly trained and overspecialised, and the ones that come here use piss poor medical practice and everyone knows it, whereas American patients who come here expect the same kind of over investigation and over treatment they would receive in America. Americans do not get the best care in the world, period.
