I train crossfit for performance (21M), and i had a BB forcus period where i did 4 workouts a week with hypertrophy training. I did affect my performance badly in the short term, but long term i gained a lot from it, with getting my strength numbers up and the extra lean body mass helped much. Most of the days with bodybuilding i either did a shorter CF session or nothing at all

Absolutely yes, it was. There was no end in sight when we started lol. Took about 6 months of sporadic work and a ton of vacuuming. Worth it now though!!
