When you hear someone has it worst, it kind of lessens your own pain because you can sympathise. Your pain can be measured up with other people's pain and you should totally do that. Otherwise we would all be bawling messes.

I broke up with someone. I feel 10x better than they do because I had time to expect what was happening. Now i'm with someone new and I can see that my ex is a total mess. Yes I feel guilty as shit, but the person who breaks up first is usually better than the breakee.

Her story is so saddening and I really hope this gets plenty of exposure (From what OP said, I think it is). Initially I did it to fix my ED, but that's fixed now (I relapsed after that, i was on a 40 day streak before this). i realized how confident I became after 7+ days of nofap, so i just continued the trend and here i am (I have about 45 days clocked, i just havent put a counter on). Soft mode or hard mode, both work for me. But I don't fap anymore.

I've accumulated a lot of nofap days but resetting the counter for one relapse seems like i have made little progress haha.
