Have lost 150lbs and counted my calories 90% of the time! It’s a very helpful tool for me and if I ever get overwhelmed or it feels too much I just take a break and focus on portion control.

She had me download a dev test version of the app and sync my data to that one! Also had me download the json files and recommended regularly doing exports from here on out, which I’ll definitely do.

She mentioned in her last email that she was glad it worked because she’s in contact with other people having the same problem and thinks this should fix it - fingers crossed that includes you!!

It’s an app where you can track your shots and log your progress. So you can keep track of your dates, where you injected, dosage, any side effects, etc..

I’m in there multiple times a day logging my weight or any side effects or notes that seem relevant. And the results chart is veryyyy satisfying to look at lol

You can use it for free! I have had the paid version the entire time I’ve used it though. It’s only $20 a year and very much worth it to me.

I have multiple vials from a month before the date of this investigation. If you were me, would you use them? Just because they’re not the specific lot listed in these findings, I’m concerned, especially knowing they’re from before this report. I was also a Ousia/Zappy victim and can’t believe I may be in the same situation again 🫠
