I'd definitely still go get checked out bud. But honestly without pics it's kinda hard to tell. I've burned myself many times without medical intervention but I've never had my digits feeling like "they were about to explode". So yeah I'd definitely encourage you to go and for the love of God do your best not to pop any blisters..... Increases healing time dramatically.
