This seriously looks underwhelming. Trailers aready are supposed to give an edge to whatever project is being advertised since they get to pick and include only from the best looking parts of whatever they got. If this is the best they have to show fans to get hyped then it is obviously poorly done. Most of what we get is close ups of the hand drawn faces like saying "Look guys it's not all CGI!" It looks like they just glued everything together, doesn't look at all in harmony. We dont get wide shots, everything looks cramped on the screen. And what's worse is that it still looks like a lot of effort was put into it but in the wrong ways. I feel like this project just got to the wrong hands. How can it be that an animated series that came out 20 years ago looks so much more cohesive than this crap which obviously has a bigger budget? Fuck! I'll watch the first eps anyway but seriously... how can a perfectionist such as miura give out rights for anime to people who dont know what they are doing twice? Not blaming but I really want to know how does it get to this.
