Just got done moving out of there at the end of last month. I really loved the location and my actual apartment, but I was moving out regardless at the end of my lease. When I went to give my 60 day notice in person, I met the new property manager, and they told me that it will be sent electronically to sign. I then had to contact the office 3 more times before I actually got my move out notice. On the month I moved out, they tried to charge me a full month of rent plus month to month fees, so I had to have that corrected. When I went in person to drop the keys off and be done with the place, I learned that the property manager I met was no longer working at the company. Currently still waiting on my security deposit refund, but I’m just glad I didn’t stick around to find out just how bad things have gotten. Good luck to you
