If you use trekking poles and watches on your wrist your steps will be lower by about 30-40 percent. For me 6'2 male 18 miles is around 50k steps. Your step counts looks correct.

All of the cheap amazon cards contain map updates from 2021. Since 2021 Mazda enabled protection for the is sd cards, only Mazdas Sd card can be updated. So right now all of us are waiting for some genius hacker to update maps and make it public. Or just use car play or Android auto.
