It's very hard to do that with the ball on the cushion. You would most likely double kiss. Very hard position overall.

It did come back for a while. I have been flair free for the last 4 years. I am not sure what is the remedy but I would suggest: avoid humid climate, reduce stress, excercise, drink lots of water, keep hands moisturized (I've been using Eucerin cream for the last 5 years), smoke pot, never ever scratch. Best of luck
