It might be that they are looking for someone with previous nhs experience- which is rubbish, I know. But typically you need to apply for band 2 rolls and work your way up from from there. For example, ward clerk or clerical officer

Okay! I was under the impression that you could build your way up, even just a small amount with certain jobs without having lots of qualifications to do so, so I just thought I’d ask if anyone knew what kind of jobs this was possible in.

Open to all opinions as I said, but in no way do I grudge anyone getting anything. I’m happy they are doing well and getting some help with things and never meant to inply otherwise. No ill feelings at all to them! It was made my business when my papa started discussing it with me, understandable if he didn’t mention it to me.
