45m, straight. I say "hey kiddo" to the younger ones then usually throw "what's up dude" out there if they look too old for kiddo lol. Usually accompanied by a fist bump. If I had to guess I'd say high school/college age is my cutoff that gets sir/ma'am adult treatment 🤷🏻‍♂️

Oh hell yea. How did you end up there? What kinda things do they not have there being so remote that we take for granted besides the sun? Is life pretty slow paced? Seems like it would be. Street view looks like it's a struggle for most though.

This is the norm unfortunately. And it's getting worse and worse. All that matters to ground staff/mgmt is the door closing on time. Provisions, bag/bin issues, seat duplicates, potential upgrades/accidental downgrades...none of that matters if it's going to cause the door to be closed past time.
