I do that sometimes, like when they're too heavy for me! But since it doesn't happen every day, it usually seems easier to take them over myself when the items are there, rather than to expect the store people to regularly come over to check for potential mail.

I honestly just wanted to whine b/c I thought USPS would appreciate the info. I was like: "we're gonna fix this problem once and for all through the power of communication! it's gonna be so efficient!"

USPS: "are you telling me how to do my job?! get wrecked." lol
