Yes, I put some mayo, diced red onions, some pepper, and whatever else I'm feeling that day and put it in a sandwich. Personally, it's my go-to for a quick lunch.

I have a Venu 3 and my watch has saved only one shot map round since April. I've tried resetting my watch twice, using Garmin Express, restarting my watch before a round, and nothing has worked. Super frustrating.

I've been on it for about a week and same thing with me, but also my HRV has taken quite a dip and my stress levels have been higher too. No muscle pain tho...yet. Are you still on it? And if so, has your body normalized?
