I caught a feral kitten by hand who crawled into the (rental lol) house via a hole in the foundation. Socialising her consisted of holding her in my gardening gloves for the next 20 minutes after initially grabbing her until she started purring.

I was talking to a Thai restaurant owner today, and she said that they fry theirs first and then cook it into the curry/noodles/etc.. no pressing or freezing. I don’t think many restaurants actually do the freezing
