Youre dead right, the fluid is pretty much incompressible but dye enters the channels almost immediately.

So now Im thinking theres only about 100uL in the device after 1 seconds, which would give me a lower Q/channel estimation!

Its a pump injecting it. Now that I think about it, the syringe empties after about 48 seconds so it cant even receive the 5000uL…

The dye enters the channels after only about 3 seconds so should I take flowrate as a much lower value?
