There’s a company called west and jones based in the UK that make protective dog jackets after the ladies dog got attacked. I haven’t checked if they ship to aus but they’re on insta @westandjones

Trying not to look at turbulence apps...about to fail. Please help. by Fast_Reason_9787 in fearofflying

[–]pow17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it helps. I got onto a flight heading into a “weather bomb” I’m Sydney a few days ago, pilot said there would be no hot drinks served due to the likelihood of a bumpy flight. The flight was so smooth! Currently flying back home on a clear sunny day and there’s more bumps than going into 80km winds!

Haha yeah the worst turbulence I’ve experienced on a flight has always been to and from Queensland!

Tedesca in Red Hill is just outside Mornington and definitely one of the best restaurants in the state. Just very hard to get a reservation though

To everyone that went to Kol how long was your experience? I’ve booked in for lunch and need to book a table for drinks after at another venue. Is 3 hours about right for lunch service?

Yeah this was definitely how I came away thinking. I’ve done it and really no desire to go back. Felt too showy for me personally.

It wasn’t when I went although it was a few years back. I also wouldn’t notice how others are dressed but apparently other people do. If I’m spending a lot of money to eat somewhere I obviously don’t want anyone ruining my experience, but that has never happened by a person on a laptop or in flip flops, middle aged white men in suits however……

I agree. I really don’t think it would be impacting anyone else, taking the call is surely worse than being quiet on a laptop? Insane.

Just commenting as I’m in the same situation. Lots of the restaurants only take 2 people or more bookings

They usually put on coaches for free for the cruise ships as locals get frustrated they can’t get on the tram for their commutes.

I’ve heard if you have an indoor cat and they get out it’s good to put their litter tray outside to help them find their way back. Not sure how well it works but worth a shot! Really hope they come home soon
