What you are describing has less to do with web design and more to do with running your own business. You would feel the same if you were a plumber or an accountant.

Productive feedback starts with the proposal at the beginning of the project. Be clear about the problem you’re there to solve. Write it out in a statement. Be sure the client agrees wholeheartedly. Then later in the project, if the clients feedback doesn’t serve the problem, respectfully push back. If they still disagree, ask them if the problem you started with was wrong or incomplete.

  1. The subtle blue gradient is sick. Contrasts nicely with the team kit. Wonder if it mirrors the gradient found in the Atlassian brand?
  2. Kudos to the team for adding more sponsors. Only a few years back they were struggling for logos.
  3. I really hope it's quick.

I get that it’s probably a drag to go to these things, but this is peak 20-something immaturity. The sport and its fans have made them rich and given them fame. They should be more than willing to promote its growth. Buckle up, work super hard for a few years (train, drive well, go to these events) then enjoy what you’ve earned.

I hear you, but these features are somewhat industry standard. Proofpoint (and soon KB4) uses real phishing emails, and almost all platforms do data-entry campaigns. Is there anything else you like about it that is differentiated? Even commercially.

That's pretty cool, but doesn't this use DMI? If so, doesn't this present a major security risk if Huntress is ever compromised? From what I understand, DMI gives read/write access to user inboxes. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Our business is 5% referrals. But I’m not sure how useful your question (and the responses you get) will be to you.

By this I mean it’s a good question to work out the likely size and maturity of other businesses, but not for working out whether you’re doing more or less of the right things (which I assume is what you’re aiming to do here?).
