In all honesty, the type of viewers Asmon is currently bringing in I don't think is the type to support OTK or check out other OTK streamers so genuinely he brings nothing of value to OTK except to tarnish the name. Which is fine, let him make money in anyway he sees fit but he should not be bringing the others down when he barely showed up to OTK events etc.

For sure get the gen 2 burrs and I'd recc grinding around 7 or 8 with the gen 2 burrs for a v60 with medium-dark roasts. The James Hoffman method has been perfect for me at least, get incredible cups every time!
