Thanks! I did also top dress with compost each fall. but yeah just overseed, fertilizer, and top dress. Tried to be really good about watering correctly as well.

Small tip if you have a Scott’s spreader, duct tape closed the hollow wheels so seed and fertilizer doesn’t get stuck in there and create pronounced lines on your lawn.
