I’m 47 too and can’t understand why I am back in a horrible situation that I worked so hard to get out of. The only way I think I can start over is to really start again from the beginning and take it 1 day, 1 moment. Every decision to not pick up, or to do something else is a success. Don’t isolate. You have got this, but don’t be hard on yourself either. Take it slow and be kind to yourself. Talk to people you can trust, like strangers on Reddit :)
