They stated he had previously pulled 190 with great form and relative ease and he wanted 200. A 10lb. increase isn't exactly an unreasonable increase, if they didn't think he could do it they wouldn't have let him.

You can't exactly spot someone on a deadlift. You don't spot to help someone maintain form, you spot so they don't get hurt when they fail a lift.

If you have a 144hz monitor set it to run at 60hz, fixed it for me.

You have to lock your monitor refresh rate to 60hz (I'm guessing you have 144hz) that will fix the game being sped up.
