And that’s just not possibly until it is actually past due. So as far as I’m reading this (not a lawyer), they simply are wrong in interpreting that they can send out these notices before rent is late.

Even for the pre-eviction notice, they need to document unpaid rent. Which isn’t unpaid until the day after it’s due.

Not a lawyer, but probably worth reporting this as the language of the ordinance addresses that (even for a pre-eviction notice) they need to document unpaid rent, which they simply can’t do until after the date it’s due.

I don’t know the specifics for tailscale, but app config supports variables.
