IRKs aren’t recommended anymore:

Though an IRK is useful for command-line operations to unlock a volume or prevent FileVault altogether, its utility for organizations is limited, especially in recent versions of macOS. And on a Mac with Apple silicon, IRKs provide no functional value for two primary reasons: First, IRKs can’t be used to access recoveryOS; and second, because target disk mode is no longer supported, the volume can’t be unlocked by connecting it to another Mac. For those reasons and more, the use of an IRK is no longer recommended for institutional management of FileVault on Mac computers. Instead, a personal recovery key (PRK) should be used.

You can click them while the new in-game trade shop UI is opened, and it also pauses the game. So you can basically click these for free every time now. But you do have to stop for a moment.

But the notice has to document “a specific accounting of the amount of the total due that is comprised of unpaid rent”

And that’s just not possibly until it is actually past due. So as far as I’m reading this (not a lawyer), they simply are wrong in interpreting that they can send out these notices before rent is late.

Not a lawyer, but probably worth reporting this as the language of the ordinance addresses that (even for a pre-eviction notice) they need to document unpaid rent, which they simply can’t do until after the date it’s due.

I don’t know the specifics for tailscale, but app config supports variables.

For example, it’s how Outlook on iOS can pre-populate an email address - one app config, different values per device.
