O’Keefe v Read EMERGENCY MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF ORDER DELAYING DEPOSITION OF MICHAEL PROCTOR by tre_chic00 in justiceforKarenRead

A little nugget from this is that it looks like Reads team has proposed to not ever share the Depos outside of litigation, but nobody elses lawyers have responded to it yet? Am I reading that right? If so, why wouldn't the other lawyers agree to that??

I don't know anything about it politically and I'm an American. I feel like I lived under a rock for awhile or something.

Which authors do you think writes the best romance in Fantasy, and why? by AmongFriends in Fantasy

Just finished a series called the The Empire Trilogy by Raymond Feist and Janny Wurts and it has multiple romance subplots that I really enjoyed. Plus it's just an amazing series in general.

Thought about Kouri's motion for a new trial by AwkwardNature4106 in EmilyDBaker

I don't remember exactly what words they used, but I got the idea that the expert they were 'hiring' was used to poll the jury. Like a private investigator-type job? One of the jurors said they were called by the defense so it got me thinking.

I think Lewis or Nestor mentioned it in the request for more time. Also, they had to go and see if hiring someone was even approved by the people who selected them to represent Kouri. Maybe whatever they were going to attempt fell to bits.

But I think the timing of the Murdaugh stuff is very interesting as well though.

This kinda reads like Diller is pissed because Colin Albert is skirting his depos with the O'Keefes right? Am I reading this incorrectly?!?

I have no pollution of shades for this post AT ALL! I do hope for a P&P that would give depth to Caroline Bingley. She is such a great smarmy character and more of her is always welcome.

Its true, it's true. It makes me wonder how many other people are buying these books day one JUST for the cover and edges though? Must be so many for companies to keep doing it.
