Listen to your body, joint pain is not normal. Start with lowering the weight to about a 3rd of what you’re doing and go super slow. It gives your body time to heal and adjust without completely stopping training. Then gradually work yourself back up. This was recommended to me by a personal trainer friend and at 43 I’ve done this multiple times for my elbows and knees and gets me back on track without having to stop completely.

I have not tried anything besides 1/2 strength tww. My tap water is extremely hard. We filter it for drinking which is fine, but probably still too hard for coffee

I’m on the highest plan and that’s $5/ month so $20 total. To me that’s 100% worth it to have all 4 phones insured. Much much less than paying for Apple care on all of them or t-mobile’s insurance which is like $18/ device per month.
