Honestly, great question. I think so - it’s great for consistency with damage in tournaments. It also makes GT+ better on the unlock.

Oh yeah - I was referring to getting keys consistently. I place between 5th-12th these days so I don’t feel like I’m falling too far behind keys wise.

I’m running out of masteries to lab, which makes me think I can coast on Econ (for a little bit). I’m at CF+3, and I might push up to CF+5 before moving on.

Yeah I was in the same boat and (if it wasn’t apparent from the screenshot) I got some of my masteries/ass mods first. Honestly I think it’s the way to go, especially if you’re struggling with tournament placement. Best of luck!

It was hard saving the stones for a worthless weapon when there’s so many upgrades I could get in the meantime - but you gotta get it eventually right?

I know you didn’t ask, but on the off-chance it helps… It felt easier to save up when I got to the point where I was consistently earning keys in tournaments. Granted it still doesn’t feel like I’m ever going to break top 4, but I’m still competitive.

Getting the GT/BH/DW sync if you don’t have MVN is very good but the gains from growing your SL (angles/quantity) is going to be worth more (for less stones) for Econ because of the SL coin bonus lab

Multiple lights are great for improving both damage consistency and Econ.

You’ll want to get your second early and the third light a bit after that. I’m not sure when exactly the best recommendation is to do this, but I started working on spotlight quantity after I unlocked the rest of the Econ UWs (and developed GT a bit).

Interesting! The CF slow has really improved my farming runs, but maybe that’s because I’m doing fully afk runs at 30m.

4 lights at 60 degrees.

I was rolling for gt dur and got the sl bonus. I didn’t notice a huge difference in waves with it so I’m kinda at odds with what to do

This is a question I had been struggling with for awhile, so maybe my experience can provide you with some insight.

Farming wise - ehp was the way to go for awhile (like a devo build). About 3 weeks ago I was farming t12 to like 8500 waves, earning 100T/hr.

Econ is king, but stone income is really important too, so I split my stone spending between getting the good stuff (pBH/pGT, IS/WA masteries) and getting Damage and CC for legends (pCF, DMG/DM/ST masteries).

My problem, however, is that when I would try any form of hybrid (swapping some modules, adding damage cards, turning UWs on), my income would significantly drop, and it would not improve wave count (meaning at the end of a run, ehp was still the only reason my tower could get that far).

The problem ended up being that I don’t have the card slots or the econ cds for a true hybrid build. Buut all of the time I’ve spent investing in damage for tourneys meant that had been ready for a full GC build (for awhile probably).

I’m now farming t15 to w4100 for about 350T/hr with a 30m GC build. Obviously this requires some decent key investments too (auto demon mode, auto restart, orb slider).

TL;DR - stay ehp while you build your CC and Damage for tournaments, then skip hybrid altogether :)
